USDA Grade

United States Department of Agriculture grade that relate to a specified quality of product. Grade denotes quality and USDA denotes product inspected for wholesomeness. For example, Grade A Poultry may signify that the product is top quality and without obvious defect, while Grade B may allow for some defects including mild or non-harmful contaminants.
