Internal customer service is a way of behaving that is beneficial to internal customers and can include supplying information, technical support, training, or any other action that ultimately results in serving external customers. A few methods of internal customer service are coming to work on time, being polite, answering calls quickly, responding promptly, providing clear guidelines, defining responsibilities, and being professional.
