B2E means business-to-employee and is a term commonly used to describe electronic commerce transactions between businesses and the employees. The approach would focus not on the customer, but the employee. The B2E approach grew out of the ongoing shortage of information technology workers. In a broad sense, B2E includes everything which businesses do to attract and retain well-qualified staff in a competitive market.
