When sourcing, the reserve price is the target price, or price point, at which the host is willing to consider when awarding business. If the reserve has not been met, a host is not obligated to make an award of the business on that item. If “N/A” appears in the reserve column during an event or auction, then there is not a reserve price, which would apply to the event of interest.
